Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Company’s compliance activities and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, regulatory instructions, and internal policies.

Job Objectives:

Monitor regulatory requirements and updates.
Support regulatory submissions and responses.
Identify compliance gaps and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain compliance records and regulatory trackers.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor Insurance Authority regulations, circulars, and requirements.
Maintain the regulatory obligations register and compliance calendar.
Support preparation of regulatory reports and correspondence.
Follow up on regulatory observations and corrective actions.
Review policies, procedures, products, and initiatives from a compliance perspective.
Support compliance awareness and periodic reporting.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
