Role Title: QuickBooks Specialist

About the Role

micro1 is looking for experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to join an AI training project. In this role, you’ll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.

Responsibilities

1. Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
2. Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations
3. Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
4. Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors
5. Identify accounting errors and workflow issues

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
2. Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
3. Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred

1. Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner
2. Experience managing multiple clients or business entities
3. Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices
